答：《婚姻法》的規(guī)定，父母對子女有撫養(yǎng)教育的義務;夫妻關系存續(xù)期間，為子女治療疾病，是父母履行法定撫養(yǎng)義務，對外借債雖以一人名義，但該借款確實用于撫養(yǎng)子女，屬于用于家庭生活，應屬于夫妻共同債務！
