為確立雙方的勞動關(guān)系，明確雙方的權(quán)利和義務(wù)，甲乙雙方根據(jù)《勞動法》、《勞動合同法》等法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章的規(guī)定，經(jīng)雙方平等協(xié)商，自愿同意簽訂本勞動合同，并共同遵守本合同所列條款：

三、 工作時間和休假

四、勞動報酬
